Football Careers is headed up by Piero and Stewart, both experts in football recruitment, and experienced in delivering end to end executive search services.
Piero attained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in ​Football Studies from Southampton Solent University in 2007. During his studies, he ​began completing his coaching badges and continued to coach after graduating.​
Piero holds a UEFA A Licence and has experience working at various elite football academies. ​
​Since 2013, he has assisted thousands of candidates in advancing their careers while also providing clubs and organisations with bespoke recruitment solutions to connect them with first-class candidates. ​
​Feedback from clubs and candidates made it clear that there was a real demand for a dedicated football recruitment company with expertise and experience in the game. ​
​So in 2021, Piero and Stewart introduced a new suite of enhanced services, offering an end-to-end football recruitment experience for clubs and candidates alike. ​
Since then, they’ve been filling vacancies for football clubs around the globe, with Piero specialising in core on-pitch roles while Stewart leads on C-suite and senior management positions.
Stewart is a highly experienced recruitment executive and headhunter.
He has served​ senior recruitment markets since 2006, garnering an outstanding ​reputation in the industry thanks to his impressive ​track record of bringing recruitment solutions to football clubs worldwide. ​
​Stewart’s business acumen and success in solving recruitment challenges for his clients have put him at the helm of our recruitment division, where he works tirelessly to deliver results to clubs on a local, national, and international scale. ​
​In addition to his many years in professional services recruitment, Stewart has a wealth of football knowledge and experience as Managing Director of Ark Sport.
Established in 2015, Ark Sport offers football intermediary and acquisition support services to clubs all over the world. ​
​Service, delivery, and integrity underpin Stewart’s approach to recruitment. Stewart also serves on the board of two charities and has non-executive Director experience.
