Pierro Carrino
Director
Piero graduated from Southampton University with a BA Hons in Football Studies. Whilst studying, he began his coaching badges and went on to attain his UEFA A Licence. He has coached extensively at junior level and possesses experience of working at various Elite Academies.
Piero has headed up the candidate services division of Football Careers since 2013. During that time he has assisted thousands of candidates to advance their careers, through recruitment services and interview coaching.
Piero brings a wealth of experience and connections from the game and works with clubs and organisations across the globe to solve their recruitment issues.
Stewart Macgregor
Director
Stewart is a highly experienced recruitment expert, having worked in the sector for nearly 20 years. He has a well-deserved reputation for delivering results by solving recruitment problems for companies and football clubs all over the world.
His business acumen and results-driven approach have led him to head Football Careers’ recruitment division, delivering solutions to clubs locally, nationally, and internationally.
In addition to his many years in recruitment, Stewart has a wealth of football knowledge as Managing Director of Ark Sport. Established in 2015, Ark offers football intermediary and acquisition support services to clubs all over the world.
Service, delivery, and integrity underpin Stewart’s values in recruitment. He also serves on the board of two charities and has non-executive Director experience.
